Vacancy Coordinator Guides & Tour Support

- Salary: SRD 120 per hour
As Coordinator Guides & Tour Support , you ensure the quality, professionalism and continuity of our guide teams. You support the back office and provide operational support for events and tours. A varied role in which training, organization, communication and hands-on support come together.
What will you do?
Training & guidance of guides
- Developing and providing training: hospitality, storytelling, safety and customer experience.
- Training new guides.
- Quality control during tours: observe, give feedback and coach.
- Drawing up standards and scripts for guides.
Back office & administrative support
- Planning of guides and tour schedules.
- Processing bookings, customer information and tour documentation.
- Communication with partners, suppliers and customers.
- Support with invoicing, reports and internal administration.
Events & Operational Support
- Assist with special tours, group activities, and events.
- Coordinating logistics: materials, transport and locations.
- Point of contact for guides and customers during events.
What do we ask?
- Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
- Customer focus and hospitality.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Stress-resistant, flexible and problem-solving.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality or event organization is an advantage.
- Experience with training or supervising staff is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English; Sranan Tongo is a plus.
