Vacancy Back Office Employee (Remote)

Blue Bird Tours & Travel is expanding! That is why we are looking for a Backoffice Employee (Remote Travel Support) who supports our team in Suriname remotely. In this role, you will work behind the scenes on the smooth processing of bookings, communication and administration. The position is flexible and suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates.
What will you do?
- Processing, checking and following up on bookings.
- Liaising with partners, tour operators and suppliers.
- Answering and handling emails.
- Entering, updating and checking data in our systems.
- Supporting the team in daily administrative and operational work.
What do we ask?
- You work accurately, reliably and in a structured way.
- You can function independently in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of computers, e-mail and online systems.
- Good command of Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in administration or tourism is nice, but not mandatory — we are happy to train you.
