Description

Danpaati River Lodge is located on its own river island in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, on the Upper Suriname. Surrounded by water and jungle, and just a little further upstream than most lodges, you can enjoy undisturbed tranquility here. You’ll stay in comfortable cabins with river or garden views — choose from standard, comfort, or deluxe. The island has paved paths lit with torches at night, a beach where you can swim safely in the river, and a dining room with bar where fresh meals are served daily. The ideal base to experience the authentic interior of Suriname.
