The tour company reserves the right to cancel, change or replace a tour. If we are unable to replace your purchased tour, the full amount will be refunded. If the tour is cancelled by the tour company, the original activity will be replaced with an activity of minimum value as the activity being cancelled or replaced.

If you cancel at least 72 hours before departure time, you will receive a 100% refund.

In case of cancellation within 72 hours and No-Show we unfortunately cannot give a refund.
