If you really want to get to know the local population and the Maroon culture, then the tour to Jaw Jaw is the perfect choice for you. We will gladly take you to one of the Maroon villages in the interior. From start to finish you will interact with the local population. You will sleep in a basic but very cozy lodge, in the middle of the village. You have your own lodge, but with shared sanitary facilities (excluding shower). So you really experience what it is like to live together with the locals.
