Program
Day 1
- Departure between 07.00-08.00 from Paramaribo by bus directly to the boarding jetty in Nieuw Nickerie . (No guide present during the trip, the meeting takes place in Nickerie)
- ± one hour boat ride from the jetty to the resort
- Lunch
- After dinner you will board the boat to spot caimans and snakes.
Day 2
- Before the sun rises you can enjoy the surroundings
- Bird tour
- Breakfast
- The rest of the morning is free for canoeing, traditional crab fishing* or simply relaxing
- An extensive boat trip in the afternoon
- In season this tour ends at the sleeping place of the migratory birds. You will experience a magical event, where thousands of birds color the sky.

Day 3
- After breakfast you can do some bird watching or sunbathe and enjoy the view.
- Shortly after lunch you will leave for Paramaribo

Storm/bad weather:
The tour company reserves the right to cancel the trip/tour at any time before the time of departure in case of unforeseeable weather conditions. The activity/tour will be rescheduled for another date.
In case of cancellation between the 14th and 7th day before departure, a 50% refund will be honored.
In case of cancellation 6 days or less before departure, unfortunately no refund will be honored.
