The tour company reserves the right to cancel, change or replace a tour. If we cannot replace your purchased tour, the full amount will be paid. If the tour is canceled by the tour company, it will replace the original activity with an activity of minimum value as the activity being canceled or replaced.

If cancelled at least 72 hours before the departure time, you will receive a 100% refund.
If cancelled within 72 hours and No-Show, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
