Discover the Island Tour (Aruba)
After being picked up from your hotel, arrive at the Aloe Vera Factory and Museum. Aruba was once the largest exporter of Aloe in the world—the plant covered nearly two-thirds of the island—despite its introduction not taking place until 1840. Take a tour of the state-of-the-art factory and fascinating museum.
Next, you will visit the Casibari Rock Formation. Admire the careful balance of these inexplicably balanced rocks, which rise from the desert floor in stunning patterns. Enjoy the convenient walkways and steps that are laid out along the rocks, allowing you to reach the top for breathtaking views of the island.
Make a stop at the Alto Vista Chapel. This chapel was built on the site of the first Catholic church, which was constructed in Aruba in 1750 by a Spanish missionary. Enjoy this place of calm and contemplation, surrounded by the countryside, before returning to your hotel.
Next, arrive at the California Lighthouse, named after a steamship that sank in the area in 1891. The lighthouse was one of several places that received distress signals from the Titanic as it sank into the icy depths in 1912. Take in the scenic views of Aruba along the coast.
The last stop is at Arashi Beach, famous for its beautiful white sand beaches and world-class snorkeling. Go swimming or sunbathing.
