Beach trip to the west coast (Curaçao)

Almost all of Curaçao’s white-sand beaches are scattered along the secluded and sheltered southwest coast, where the water is generally calm and crystal clear. The island has about 38 beaches, but there are also a few coastal towns tucked into small coves, or “bocas” as they are called locally.

Our journey begins at 8:30 a.m. Once the catamaran is on open water, the sails will be set as the wind allows and the raft will sail with the current to the west coast of Curaçao! The destination is Cas Abao Beach, rated as one of the most pristine beaches in Curaçao and the world! Here you can jump into the water and explore the depths! Free snorkeling gear (mask and pipe) is available on board.

If you are along for a diving trip, this is the place. Once at Cas Abao, you can dress your equipment and dive into the water. You can dive on the right or left side of the bay, depending on the current. On both sides, Cas Abao has a healthy reef to explore, with different types of coral, sponges and marine life such as angler fish, moray eels, cuttlefish, spotted proboscis fish, mantis shrimp and even rare seahorses. Eagle rays have been known to call this their home, and wild dolphins, stingrays and sea turtles have also been spotted. And while our guests enjoy themselves, the crew prepares the most delicious BBQ lunch! Lunch is served at noon, which is also the time when the premium open bar opens.

After lunch, around 2 p.m., we will slowly head back and stay close to the coastline of Curaçao to take in all the sights up close. We will make a brief stop at Kokomo Beach, if their buoy is available to dock. Kokomo Beach is known for its elaborate night parties, but during the day it is the perfect beach to just hang out and enjoy the Caribbean waters. Jump off the boat, off the pier or take a cool selfie on the Kokomo swing, conveniently placed in the water for an iconic vacation selfie! After this brief stop, we continue our journey close to the coast. A visit to the ferry bridge completes the trip. At 5 p.m. we dock.

With 24 to 48 hours “notice, a 50% refund will be honored or, alternatively, customers can change the date of the trip at a 30% rebooking fee.
With less than 24 hours” notice, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
