Air Adventure and Sailing Trip (Sint Maarten)

Every adventure begins in this restored plantation house, originally built in the 1700s. The Museum tells the powerful story of Trace Wilson, who was born a slave on the grounds in 1818, and her direct descendant Emilio Wilson. You’ll see images of what life was like on a plantation and learn about the customs, traditions, lifestyle, and stories that earned Sint Maarten the nickname “The Friendly Island.”
Hop into the Sky Explorer for the roughly 25-minute drive to the top of Sentry Hill; one of St. Maarten’s highest points at 1,125 feet. The experience includes two chairlifts and a series of platforms that surrounds the summit of the mountain and offers 360-degree views of the island, including views of the neighboring islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barts, and Anguilla.
To complete your ride from top to bottom, the Sky Explorer will take you to the Schooner Ride, where you’ll surf down in an inner tube through the turns and straights of a specially designed track.
After your adventurous adventure, souvenirs and attraction photos are available for purchase in the gift shop.
