Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will learn how this fish affects the reef and how responsible intervention helps protect the ecosystem. As a spotter, you’ll help locate the lionfish, while learning how to move safely through the reef without disturbing the delicate marine life. The experience concludes with a culinary reward, during which you will taste freshly prepared lionfish ceviche and learn how to prepare this fish yourself.
