Description
In an hour and a half we travel from the 17th century to today. We discover how the capital of French St. Martin has evolved over time, and unravel the history of the entire island while painting the story of a typical Caribbean city: from dirt roads to asphalt, from donkeys and horses to cars, from wooden houses to concrete buildings.
You will be guided through the streets of Marigot by Stéphie, who is passionate about the history of St. Martin.
We will stop at various points in the city to learn more about Marigot’s past. Keep your eyes peeled, traces of the past are everywhere in the city!
